Our Story
The brand was founded by Natcha, a Thai native who came to the United States in 2016 on a K-1 visa and later became a proud American citizen. Bringing her heritage and love of authentic Thai cooking with her, she began creating sauces inspired by the flavors she grew up with in Thailand.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Natcha started making homemade sauces for her husband to take to work. As a true spice lover, he enjoyed every batch—and soon, she began sharing bottles with friends. Their overwhelming support and love for the flavors sparked something bigger.
In 2021, what started in a home kitchen became Natch Thai Sauces.
Today, every bottle reflects that same passion and authenticity. We believe that great food brings happiness, and our sauces are crafted to deliver bold flavor, balanced heat, and savory richness in every bite.
